Digital Strategy and Social Media Marketing Campaign
For LOS TIGRES, we collaborated with Buena Vista Internacional to carry out a comprehensive digital strategy and a social media marketing campaign. Our mission was to enhance the film’s visibility through the creation of exclusive content, accompanying its journey from the San Sebastián Film Festival to its theatrical release.
LOS TIGRES tells the story of Antonio and Estrella, two siblings who have dedicated their entire lives to the sea. Antonio, known as “El Tigre,” is an exceptional diver who lives every day on the edge. Estrella, his sister, assists him on the barge, keeping him grounded when he’s out of the water. However, his life changes when an accident ends Antonio’s diving career. The situation worsens when, during a routine job, they find a stash of drugs hidden in the hull of a ship. Antonio sees this as his only way out, but Estrella is not so sure.
For the digital marketing campaign of LOS TIGRES, we developed an integrated film promotion strategy that included coverage of the premiere at the San Sebastián Film Festival (SSIFF), where the film won the Best Cinematography Award for Pau Esteve Birba.
The strategy also accompanied the premiere at the Seville European Film Festival, boosting visibility of the launch in media and on social networks. In addition, we managed the consideration campaign for the Goya Awards, aimed at the academy members, where the film won the Goya for Best Special Effects. Throughout the process, we worked with a digital marketing strategy for film based on social media management, creation of promotional materials, and content designed to amplify the film’s presence at key moments in its journey.
